One of the best Vietnamese food is Pan Cake (Bánh xèo). In this post i just want to introduce to you 1 famous small restaurant in Can Tho province in West from Ho Chi Minh City.
Pan caked Hàng Bàng is the restaurant i mention. In many places down to the pancake, add the pancake tied to all kinds of things but Hang Bang they still keep retain traditional ways: melting wafers, crispy rum, of Siamese duck and pork arechopped and thoroughly enough food processing and green beans, cassava.
